I suppose the place to begin is the beginning. All beginnings start with a single step. This is the beginning of my journey and that step. I would say it depends on whether or not these past events and issues are effecting you in the present. If they are then address them, if not, use them as a learning experience and move on. But ultimately it's up to you to decide what is best for you! :-) Sara
